Directions:

To count up to 20 minutes
1.) Press S/S button until displayed colon stops blinking
2.) Press and hold the hour button and press the minuet button to zero out display
3.) Press S/S button to start counting

To count down up to 20 hours
1.) Press S/S button until the colon stops blinking
2.) Press and hold the hour button and press the minute button to zero out display
3.) Press hour and or minuet buttons to set time you want to count down from
4.) Press S/S button to start counting

To set time and date
1.) Let unit sit idle for 60 seconds without pressing any buttons until time is displayed
2.) Press the minute button and then use the hour button to set month
3.) Press the minute button and then use the hour button to set day
4.) Press the minute button and then use the hour button to set hour
5.) Press the minute button and then use the hour button to set minutes
6.) Press the minute button one more time to exit set up
7.) Press hour button to switch between time, date, and second clock
